shipping a bit slow
I buy a lot from Luxe Collective and overall they are helpful and professional. However, the last few times I've shopped with them, I've been disappointed with the speed of delivery. I bought some for my husband last weekend as a gift. After 2 days, it still hadn't shipped, when I asked customer service about it (they responded quickly) and also let me know the specific delivery time, and the reason for the slow shipping. It solved my problem, and I am very grateful to the customer service staff of Luxe Collective for actively responding to my question.

Patiently answered all my concerns and provided helpful advice on product sizing. The item arrived within a week of ordering. I can vouch for the quality of this item and the safety of its packaging. Will buy from buyer again without hesitation in the near future.

I have always had a great experience with Luxe Collective. It usually offers the best prices on bags and shoes, with fast shipping and even easy returns from abroad (I live in Asia). I don't think I had a bad experience with them. The mobile app is so easy to navigate that it becomes my go-to site for shopping (similar sites include Mytheresa, Netaporter, etc.). The packaging is very beautiful, but the box delivered to me is a bit defective, but fortunately, the original packaging of the goods inside is not damaged in any way. I trust the service of Luxe Collective very much

Bought a beloved Fendi handbag
I purchased a beloved handbag from Luxe Collective. Good delivery, arrived promptly (ie within 5 days of purchase). Item received in good condition, as described. The packaging is great. Overall, no issues.
I would like to give 5 stars but I placed an order on the 14th and paid for express shipping. It shows the product should have been delivered by today to the 21st. But I still have not received an email that the item even shipped yet. I will be disappointed if it doesn’t come within the timeframe since I paid for express shipping.
