Are all items sold at MATCES 100% authentic?
MATCES guarantees lifetime authenticity for all items sold through us. Our certification team checks every detail, leaving no room for doubt. If the sale is non-genuine, you will get a 100% refund. Marina Mall will also cover return shipping.

Do the items sold come with an authenticity card/certificate/certification report?
Most of the items on our website are from customs clearance products. Therefore, the availability of genuine cards varies by product. Whether an item comes with a card or certificate of authenticity is stated in the product details for each item.

How do you check authenticity?

Can I get certified from the store for items purchased at MATCES?
MATCES does not sell any products that do not pass our certification process or quality standards. While you can rest assured that all of our products are genuine, you can definitely verify the purchase yourself or from the store.

ARE ALL MATCES ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
