CANCELLATION

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. You can cancel the order before shipping. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.



RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included
Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded box and dust bag (if provided) and placed in a protective box upon return
When trying on shoes, don't leave marks on the soles or damage the shoe box
If a security or branded label is attached to the item, the label must be returned in its original location
Beauty and cosmetics must be returned unopened and unused with all packaging with seals intact and must be returned where applicable with a hygienic seal and in unopened and undamaged packaging
We will not accept any returns that are worn or soiled
We cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you
Jewelry must be returned in the condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and accompanying documentation
Custom items cannot be returned as they were created to your specifications unless the item was damaged or defective when delivered to you

Cancellation of orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Depending on where you live, you may also choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (COD). If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel using one of the methods listed below within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order. Once you have notified us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangements of returning the item to the brand or partner boutique you ordered it from.

To cancel a contract, you must notify us, preferably:

by telephone, giving us your name, address and order reference number; or
Complete this cancellation form and return it to the address specified on the form.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will return the refund to you within a certain number of days through your designated payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your refund account again.
